"Heavy is the head that wears the crown, until you remember it was made for you."
First and foremost I’m a momma.. And a very proud one at that. 🙂
Motherhood cracked me open in ways I never anticipated. It taught me to lead with presence instead of perfection… to listen more deeply, live more slowly, and honor the unseen layers of life. My sons—Daniel and Preston—were my first true teachers in leadership. Raising them shaped me just as much as I shaped them, revealing what it truly means to lead with both grace and grit.
Most of my life I’ve walked two parallel paths: deep personal healing and entrepreneurial leadership and development. I didn’t become a coach or consultant, or even a “Breakthrough Strategist” because I was chasing a title—I arrived here because I found myself living in the gap between who life had shaped me to be… and who I truly am.
Through years of inner work and embodied experience, I found my way back to that truer self. The one beneath the roles, the pressure, the performance. And now, it’s my honor to walk with others as they remember—and reclaim—that part of themselves too.
As for business, that’s in my DNA. I was raised by entrepreneurs on both sides of my family; I’ve never really known the life of an employee. Ownership, leadership, and vision were the languages spoken in our homes. I understand the reality of being a business owner because I’ve lived it my entire life.
Since 2007, I’ve had the privilege of serving within CEO Space International—a global entrepreneur development community founded by my late husband, Berny Dohrmann, in 1991. For decades, CEO Space has helped thousands of business owners navigate the complexity of growth, leadership, and innovation. Today, I lead the organization alongside a team that’s committed to its continued evolution.
My time at CEO Space showed me something really powerful: even in the most supportive environments, there are moments when advice isn’t enough. I became passionate about creating spaces where people could access their own answers—not just be given them.
That search led me to the DesignShop® methodology—a strategic facilitation process that has driven breakthrough results for 55% of the Fortune companies over the past 40 years. DesignShop delivers a way of tapping into the collective intelligence of an organization and aligning vision, insight, and execution to create real, lasting transformation.
Alongside my business partner, Chad Lefevre, we co-founded TMIC—which, for me, is a personal playground for high-level business and global transformation.
TMIC is where the DesignShop® methodology has been reimagined and made accessible to businesses of all sizes. It’s a space where ontological principles, strategic facilitation, and collective intelligence converge—bringing the most important conversations humanity needs to be having into real, embodied action.
From global, social, and cultural shifts to enterprise breakthroughs, TMIC exists to move ideas that really matter into reality—all by design.
At the heart of all my work—whether I’m guiding a business owner through strategic realignment or walking alongside someone in deep personal transformation—is one core truth:
When you remember who you are, everything begins to reorganize around that clarity.
True leadership doesn’t begin with a title. It begins with identity—rooted, remembered, and reclaimed. Because when you know who you are, you know how to lead.
I’m not here to hand you answers. I’m here to help you access the ones you’ve always carried.
When you live, lead, and create from that place of truth, everything starts to move—clearly, powerfully, and in alignment with the life you’re truly here to live.
If you’re seeking alignment in your business, your being, or both—I’d be honored to walk with you.
